feat: Refactor mention rendering and generator classes

- Add support for Mastodon username mentions
- Add test for parsing Mastodon usernames in notes
- Modify namespace and class imports for `MentionGenerator` and `MentionRenderer` in `Note.php`
- Rename `ContactMentionGenerator.php` to `MentionGenerator.php`
